HR Network

The HR Network Group provides educational and networking opportunities for HR professionals and business owners/managers (or their delegates) who are interested in human resource issues. The group presents interactive panel discussions and events with an HR focus.

HR Network Committee:

CHAIR: Christina Birmingham (Birmingham Consulting). Christina is responsible for HR and Administration at Birmingham Consulting. Christina is also a member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) – Hamilton.

VICE-CHAIR: Zarema Mammadova (Mohawk College) is an educator and a career advisor with OCT and CHRL designations. She has over 20 years of combined experience as an educator and academic and career advisor. Zarema’s motto is Empowering Newcomers to identify and fulfill their career and academic goals.

SECRETARY: Courtney Falardeau (Brock University) is a Certified Human Resource Professional and currently a Student Talent Coach.

MEMBERS AT LARGE:
– Wade Poziomka (Ross & McBride LLP). He frequently appears before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. He also serves as the Chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Constitutional, Civil Liberties and Human Rights Section, as 1st Vice-President of the Board of Directors of ARCH Disability Law, and as one of three appointed applicant-side representatives to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario’s Practice Advisory Committee. Wade is also a Partner with Ross McBride LLP.
